The new building had to fit within the boundaries of the existing building that has an irregular shape with a staggering facade.
The future tenants of all ages need assistance and 24/7 surveillance. So the client asked to fit the program in a one storey building.
Since the plot is situated along one of the main axises of this neighbourhood, the aesthetic committee of the municipality had high expectations of the facade design.

A good looking, robust building system with an open floor plan was key. We managed to balance all these requirements in a modest, yet high performing building.
Using the RockZero building system provided the best solution between a limited budget and high sustainability ambitions.
