On this floor as part of the Sustainer team we designed an infill of two floors of offices in the wooden building modular system now produced by Respace.

Floors, walls and stairs are all made of laminated wood (LVL) and could easily be moved or altered. A large central space with many plants bathing in light, provides meeting corners, lunch tables, restrooms and pantries.
This project forms the start of a series of adaptive reuse projects designed together with our partner Respace.
